Saved items (filters, drafts, templates)
Paid plans unlock saved items that help you move faster on repeat work:
- Saved Filter Groups: reuse common segments without rebuilding filters every time.
- Saved Templates: reuse an action setup (what to edit + how to edit it).
- Draft tasks: automatically save in-progress task setup so you can return later.
Saved Filter Groups
Use Saved Filter Groups when you repeatedly target the same segment (for example, “All products from Vendor X”, or “Variants with SKUs missing a prefix”).
Create a Saved Filter Group
- Go to New task.
- Build your filters in Filter products.
- Click Save view and enter a name/description.
Reuse a Saved Filter Group
- In Filter products, choose Use saved filter group.
- Pick the saved group and apply it.
- Preview to confirm scope before running.
Saved Templates
Use Saved Templates when you run the same kind of edit repeatedly (for example, “Append a tag”, or “Set a metafield”).
Create a template
- Configure your action (what to edit + how to edit it).
- Click Save actions as template and name it.
Reuse a template
- In Actions, choose Use saved template.
- Select your template and apply.
- Preview changes before creating the task.
Draft tasks
Draft tasks automatically preserve your in-progress work so you can come back later (for example, if you’re waiting on approvals or need to confirm data).
- Draft retention is plan-based (drafts are kept longer on higher tiers).
