We’re here to help you complete bulk edits successfully and safely.

Contact support

  • Email: support@xyppy.com
  • Include:
    • Shop URL
    • Job ID (or CSV filename/import attempt)
    • Filters used or CSV headers touched
    • Screenshots of the error/Job History
    • CSV snippet (first ~10 rows) if the issue involves imports
    • Brief description of what you expected vs. what happened

Data & privacy

  • Access: The app requests only the scopes required to perform edits (products and variants).
  • Storage: We retain minimal operational data (e.g., job records) to support previews and history where applicable.
  • Removal: Uninstalling the app revokes access immediately. For data deletion requests, contact support.
  • Policies: see /terms and /privacy in the app.

Service status

If you suspect an outage or incident, email support and include your shop URL and the error message.
